Click & Collect
Our sales site is closed during lockdown.
As a responsible business, our COVID-Secure measures do mean that we are able to offer a “Click and Collect” service to our customers.
This will allow you to choose a Motorhome, and collect it from our sales location, or have it delivered to your home. If applicable, your part exchange can also be dropped off or collected at a time that suits you.
Decided to buy?
We’ll ask for a deposit to be paid online, or over the phone, and begin preparing your Motorhome.
We’ll need cleared funds in our account prior to delivery or collection. All the paperwork will be completed online, or in a Covid secure space prepared for the purpose.
Safe Motorhome handover
You will have exclusive access to our location for collection, or we can deliver to your home at a date and time that suits you. We’ll make sure your new Motorhome is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Protective covers placed on the driver’s seat, steering wheel and gear lever will be removed shortly before your arrival.
There will be a single staff member to greet you who will observe COVID 19 safety measures. On arrival you’ll be directed to a private parking area. If you have a part exchange you’ll be asked to move to your new Motorhome while we clean, disinfect and inspect the vehicle.
Personalised “How to” Videos
Prior to delivery or collection - you will receive a personalised handover video detailing how all the features in your new Motorhome work.After Handover
You might want to ask us some questions or have us to talk you through something on your new Motorhome. Our team are on hand to answer any post handover questions via video call.
